The Event
The Canada Wide Science Fair is the largest youth STEM event in Canada, bringing together hundreds of young scientists from every province and territory to present their research, compete for national awards, and connect with peers and mentors from across the country. The 2025 fair was held in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and ran for seven days of judging, public exhibitions, excursions, social programming, and a large-scale awards ceremony.
Elm City Events has managed the Canada Wide Science Fair for four consecutive years, and our team's relationship with Youth Science Canada spans a full decade. The event demands precision logistics across multiple venues, coordination with hundreds of volunteers and judges, bilingual programming, transportation for all participants, and a week of programming that balances rigorous competition with meaningful experiences for the young delegates.
What We Delivered
Our team provided full-service event management for the entire seven-day program. This included:
From coordinating the project exhibition floor with hundreds of display booths to producing a full-scale awards gala with professional lighting, staging, and live entertainment, every element of the week was planned and executed by our team in close partnership with Youth Science Canada.
