Event ASSISTANT (Canada Summer jobs)
Join our dynamic event planning team as an Event Assistant and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event management! This role offers a student the perfect opportunity to develop professional administrative skills while supporting comprehensive event documentation, maintaining accurate databases, managing client communications, and coordinating logistics behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our creative team on diverse projects, assist with administrative tasks, coordinate with vendors, and help ensure seamless event experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events require.
This position is offered as part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program and is open to individuals aged 15-30 participating in full time schooling in the fall.
